If we find anything that's not completely safe, we'll advise you immediately on what repair work needs to be done.

PAT testing for landlords
Whilst PAT testing is not a specific legal requirement for rental properties (except in houses of multiple occupancy), landlords still have a responsibility to ensure any appliances supplied in the house are safe. A regular PAT test helps to ensure peace of mind for both you and your tenant.
